Summer 2024 Instagram Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Contest Date: September 2024

By entering the sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The sweepstakes, with entry via Instagram, is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all entrants. This sweepstakes opens on September 7, 2024 and closes on September 14, 2024 at midnight. All entries must be received by midnight EST on September 14, 2024.

Prize: One lucky winner will receive an exclusive prize package, including a Sofia Cashmere Trentino Throw and a Gold Picnic hosted by Perfect Picnic at Burnt Mills Cider (Bedminster, NJ) that includes a round of flights for up to eight guests. To enter, follow the Giveaway rules on our Instagram post.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random using a random names generator on or after the contest closing date. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on or after September 14, 2024. In the event the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected using the same random names generator method.

Entrants must be over 21 years old on the date of their entry.

Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Each entrant on Instagram shall enter the giveaway by liking the post, tagging two Instagram users in the comments, and following the Instagram accounts of @SofiaCashmere, @burntmillscider, and @perfectpicnicny.
The prize will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner, who has entered on Instagram using a random names generator.
Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability of the three associated businesses (Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic) under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost of the prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the three brands and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to one of the associated brands if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Sofia Cashmere’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Sofia Cashmere, Burnt Mills Cider, and Perfect Picnic after the winner has been selected.
