We offer a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days of processing.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

Our high-quality cashmere is durable and strong, but it requires gentle handling. Please exercise caution when sending your return to ensure its safe shipping. To qualify for a complete refund, adherence to the following guidelines is essential.

For a full reimbursement:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached. We kindly ask that you neatly fold and re-pack the item as best you can in its original polybag.

If we do not receive the item as requested, we reserve the right to charge a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy for Gift with Purchase

If you received a free item as part of a promotional offer with your purchase, the free item must also be returned in its original condition if you decide to return the purchased item. If the free item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
